Positive: It was a nice experience staying at Hilton. Very pleasant staff. Buffet breakfast was really good. Rooms were big and super luxurious bed. We had a big bathtub as well. The facilities are lovely. The male and female steam room and sauna are separate. There is a water taxi which comes every hour if you don't wanna drive to the town centre (not free). I was disappointed that the valet parking was NZ 50 a day. We found parking on the street both days but there is outside parking for $20 a day. Food was average in the pub. I would recommend if you wanna stay away from the town centre. 5mins to the airport which was handy for us as we had an early flight.

Negative: Cheaper parking facilities for guests would be nice as it is quite far from the town centre and no need to charge $50 a day.
